Not all Horse Project learning involves competition. The Horsemanship Division includes two different opportunities for you to learn and grow with your horse outside of the show arena.
The Pleasure Rider program lets you earn points for the time you spend working with your horse. This can be under saddle, in hand, or driving a cart. You can count all your horse time except for time in the show arena.
The Horse Advancement program helps you learn new skills and earn horse project pins. Study and practice then take a test that includes both written work and work with your horse.
